Reservation and Confirmation


Reservation
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment for the stay has been received.


Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers.


Rates and Taxes
Displayed rates include all taxes, except for the tourist tax (applicable only to the hotel), which will be added at the time of final payment.


Cancellation and Modification Policy


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show: the full amount of the stay will be charged.


Reservation Modification
Modifications are allowed up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. Fees may apply.


Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: From 4:00 PM.
  • Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM.
  • Late check-out: Possible upon availability, with an additional fee.


House Rules and Safety


Behavior
Guests are expected to respect the premises and the peace of other residents by avoiding any noise disturbances.


Access to Facilities
The spa, hammam, sauna, massage room, and cinema room are reserved for guests and accessible during the communicated hours.


No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, chalets, and indoor common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Pets
Pets are allowed. No accessories (bowls, food) are provided.


Liability and Valuables

Security Deposit
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, a credit card will still be required as a guarantee. A deposit may be charged and will be refunded after inspection of the premises.


Personal Belongings
Latitude Champéry accepts no responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except for items placed in the safes provided during the stay.


Use of Facilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities. A condition report is systematically carried out upon arrival and departure.


Limitation of Liability


Safety and Damages
Latitude Champéry strives to provide a safe environment for its guests. However, it accepts no liability for accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities. Please ensure that the wine cellar at Chalet Plalessu is closed after each use to prevent any risk of falls. Latitude Champéry cannot be held responsible for failure to comply with this guideline.


Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, power outages, etc.), Latitude Champéry cannot be held responsible for any modification or cancellation of the stay.


Personal Data Processing


Collection
Personal data is collected in compliance with GDPR, to manage reservations and improve our services.


Use
Data may be used for client communication and sending newsletters. Clients may unsubscribe at any time.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Valais.
